Begin the Disability Accommodation Request Process

As an employee with a disability that presents functional limitations, completing a Disability Accommodation Request Form will help S&P Global or one of its Divisions or affiliates ("S&P Global" or the "Company") gather information about the nature of your disability and your functional limitations. That information will help us identify and implement the accommodation(s) needed to allow you to perform your essential job functions.

Instructions

As the employee requesting an accommodation for a disability, please complete Step 1: Employee Information and Step 2: Job Summary. After completing Steps 1 and 2, select the Submit Employee and Job Information button. An email will then be sent to you with directions for printing a partially-completed Disability Accommodation Request Form for you to provide to your health care provider for completion.

Please provide a summary of the essential job functions* of the above-named employee for whom disability accommodation is being sought.

*Essential job functions are those job duties and skills which are necessary or likely to be necessary to perform the job.

Job Summary Example:
Communication Specialist - Talk by phone with various outside contacts to secure information throughout the day. Draft and read emails. Keyboard in short news articles and stories. Read and edit web pages and printed articles. Use software to create graphics and edit electronic photos.
